PAYING FOR MILITEL SERVICES

MiliTel's Payment Advantage:

MiliTel's primary objective is to provide its Military customers with maximum value of service including keeping your money in your pocket and not in ours! To this end, MiliTel does not impose any advance charges on its customers for any of its retail services and customers are charged only the exact dollar amount for the phone calls they have made. MiliTel is almost unique in this respect compared to other providers who require their customers to pre-pay their account in US$25 or US$50 advance increments.

Choice of Payment Method:

MiliTel offers a choice of three convenient payment methods:

1. Payment by Credit Card All charges to your Credit Card or Bank Account will be in the name of MiliTel's service provider: Telenational Communications Inc.
2. Payment by Automatic Bank Debit  
3. Payment by Check  
Payment by Credit Card
You may pay for your MiliTel service using any one of the following international credit cards:

American
Express
 MasterCard Visa Discover Diners Club JCB

Charges to credit cards are normally made on a weekly basis for usage incurred during that week.
Payment by Bank Debit
You may pay by Automatic Bank Debit from your American bank or Credit Union account. Please note that many Credit Unions do not allow debits from Savings Accounts so please check with your Credit Union if this is your preference.

Bank debits are made on the 1st and 15th of each month*, in consideration of military pay schedules, and in the exact amount incurred for the previous month's usage. If the 15th falls on a weekend, or on a holiday, the debit is made on the preceding business day. Customers may email a request in advance to check the amount to be withdrawn on that date.

*If, for any reason, a withdrawal is unsuccessful on the 15th, a further attempt will be made on the 1st day of the following month. In lieu of the administration charges imposed by the financial institutions in such an event, a US$20 penalty may be levied on the customer's MiliTel account.

Payment by Check
This payment method is available only on the USADirect 5.9c Plan. Within 14 days of receipt of your mailed or e-mailed statement, US checks in the amount of the balance on the statement should be made out to Militel Calling Services and mailed to:
