You can use your OneCard Travel Card in two ways: Direct Dial from payphones, hotels etc; Mobile Callback from rented cellphones, friends home phone etc.
Placing Direct Dial Calls with Your MiliTel OneCard MiliTel's OneCard
A.  From or within the USA.
 
1.  Dial the prefix 1-800-215-4029 for the USA.
2.  After the prompt, enter your 14 digit card number.
3.  Follow the prompts and then dial the destination number you wish to call.
To call Inside the USA:  Dial 1 then Area Code + Number.
To call Other Countries:  Dial 2 then Country Code + Number. 
B.  Direct Dial from Countries with International Toll Fee Numbers 
 
1.  Dial the International Toll Free Number for the country you are calling from listed below.
2.  After the prompt, enter your 14 digit card number. 
3.  Follow the prompts and then dial the destination number you wish to call.
To call Inside the USA:  Dial 1 then Area Code + Number.
To call Other Countries:  Dial 2 then Country Code + Number.

How to Get It
Simply call MiliTel Customer Service at the Customer Service Numbers on the Contact MiliTel page and ask for the OneCard. To allow access to OneCard's mobile callback facility, you will also require to open an active callback account.

Upon registration your account will be made immediately active and you will be provided with your 14 digit PIN number to allow you to make calls. In addition, an attractive plastic OneCard, with full instructions for use will be mailed to you. With OneCard, you will be able to make direct dial calls from the countries who have international toll free numbers - see opposite - and callback calls from all countries. 

Billing
All OneCard calls are charged separately to your MiliTel account and will appear on a combined billing statement along with your other MiliTel services.
 Placing Callback Calls with your MiliTel OneCard
If you wish to make calls from a phone other than your normal registered phone, first of all you need to set up your callback account to call back to the new phone you are using: 
1.  Dial your MiliTel Callback Access Number (begins with 402).
2.  Wait for the ring and stay on the line.
3.  After a few seconds you will be prompted for your 4 digit Callback PIN Code followed by the # sign.
4. Follow the Menu Prompts to change your Callback Number.
5. Enter your new Callback Number, exactly as if it were dialed from the USA, and then hang up.
6. Now you are ready to make calls as follows: Please remember for each new phone you may wish to use, you need to change your Callback Number, via Steps 1-5, to the number of the new phone.
Using MiliTel OneCard Callback from your Registered Phone or New Location Phone as set up above:
1.  Dial your MiliTel Access Number.
2.  Wait for the first ring tone and hang up.
3.  After a few seconds you will be called back.
4. Pick up the phone and dial as follows: 
All American states
and Canadian Numbers:		  1 + Area Code + Number.
Rest of the world:  011 + Country Code + City Code + Number.
